High Performance Living is the ongoing feeling of full engagement, joy, and confidence that comes from consistently living from and into your best self.
So how can we grow into our best self?
I like comparing this process to a GPS.
When you have a GPS system, it takes into account two coordinates: where you are and where you are going.
In this case, "where you are" is your current state. It's who you are in this moment.
The "where are you going" part is not a physical location. Instead, it should be viewed as your best self.
Compare your two selves and then measure the distance. Once you can identify the distance, you can start developing plans and directions to reach your best self.
And much like a GPS is continually comparing your current coordinates to your destination, we also must do consistent check-ins.
By doing this, we create a process by which we can achieve our best selves!
